PHILADELPHIA – For nearly the last month, the Bishop McDevitt football team has tried to get the best of West Catholic. They were unable to in their first two attempts, but with the big stage of the District 12 semifinals upon the two Philadelphia Catholic League schools, the Royal Lancers felt the third time could be a charm.
